Kevin Ward reported that they are having good luck with the new precision rim-fire match and are planning on having two per month on either the second and fourth Saturday or Sunday each month. Check the calendar for exact time and date. He said that there were 8 participants who graduated from the latest hunter education course.
There will be a board discussion as to what hours we will be open on public days.
BLM was at the range today and it was noted that the non-public shooters (members) were very orderly. BLM found two cacti that need to be moved so that construction can begin on the 500 yard rifle range and the new pistol bay. Andy at BLM has decided that the archery area can be used for the hunter education classes.
The club challenge shoot will be held on May 14th and 15th on the shotgun range with food being served both days. The entry fee is $25.
Cory Merryman and John Plough, candidates for Mohave County Sheriff spoke to the group.
The meeting was adjourned at 7:31 P.M.
