Kevin Ward reported a new format for the Hunter Ed. Instructions. State of Az. Is 47% over capacity of students, which is encouraging. As always, check the web site for changes or updated information.
The pistol & rifle range are staying busy. There is a pattern board for shotguns @ the rifle range it is marked for shotguns, so please use the correct equipment.
Volunteer work is up 29% from last year. GREAT JOB everyone, & thanks to all who volunteer, your hard work is much appreciated, we couldn’t do it without you.
Overall range usage is also up every month over last year, the word is getting out about our club & we are getting new memberships every month. Thanks to all for promoting our club.
Bob Mansell is up for NRA election. We need him to be elected, so spread the word & remember to only vote for no more than 2 people on your ballet.
An awning @ shotgun range will be moved the first part of this month to the archery range. This will be a great help for those who use that part of the range. The relocating of the awning will make room for the footings of the new club house.
The 50-50 derby will be this weekend.
Jim Jennings is showing some improvements. Keep him in your prayers for a speedy recovery.
There was discussion on the best way to make target back stop & target stands for the archery field, nothing has been approved yet as more research & discussion is still needed, any input will by helpful.
Meeting adjourned @ 7:26
